I work with leaders and their teams on the decisions that are hardest to see clearly from the inside. That includes how they lead, where the business is headed, and what has to change to get there.
Held the top executive seat twice, accountable for the full organization, not just a function.
Best Media App, recognized at the industry's highest level.
A career-long record across 20+ years leading client-facing delivery.
From a 150-person team to a newly-established org, defined from vision through operating rhythm.
Delivery capacity dynamically adjusted to pipeline and opportunity, every year.
Complex, multi-year agreements across some of the industry's largest clients.
Each stands on its own, and can evolve to the others.
One-on-one work for leaders navigating growth, conflict, or a step up in responsibility, sharpening judgment under real conditions, not in the abstract.
Working sessions with leadership teams to pressure-test direction, prioritize where the business actually competes, and turn strategy into decisions people can act on.
Guidance through structural, cultural, or operating-model change, where the resistance is usually less about the plan than about the people living inside it.
No fixed program. The shape follows the problem.
Understand the real problem spending time with you, and often with the team, before any recommendation is on the table.
A clear, sometimes uncomfortable statement of the decision or gap in front of you.
Structured, hands-on work, not a slide deck handed off at the end.
Change holds or it doesn't in the weeks after a decision. I stay close for that part too.
"The hardest thing for a leader to get is an honest, well-informed outside view. That's my job." Gabriel Israel
My approach to leadership comes from more than a career spent in boardrooms. Off the clock, I take on some of the most demanding trips I can find, and I capture the experience through my camera.
I've stood on the summit of Kilimanjaro in some of the harshest weather the mountain sees. I've trekked to Everest Base Camp in Nepal while raising funds for a local Indigenous Canadian foundation, selling a few of my large format photo-prints from the trip to help push the campaign toward its goal. And I've walked the Inca Trail for four days at high altitude, descending into Machu Picchu for a sunrise I still think about.
I don't see much distance between those trips and the work I do with clients. No mountain is too high. But reaching the summit was never really the point. What matters is making sure you're on the right path to get there.
I take on a limited number of engagements at a time, by design. Every client gets direct access, not a team, not a framework applied off the shelf.
A first conversation costs nothing but time, and it's usually enough to know whether this is the right fit.
